We are so excited to announce the expansion of Uncle Fred's House. A girl's quarters will be open next door in April. Sarah and Fiona will be the first girls to come into the program. Both girls have been living with relatives for the past year but have struggled to thrive in their care. Fred's soon to be wife Kosta will be caring for the girls in the program. Keep them all in your prayers as the Lord continues to open up new doors for the girls living on the streets. Thanks to all who support SGU. We could not accomplish this without your prayers and investment.
Maxwell and Peter have finished the work on Christopher's home. The community was quite impressed with their hard work. Christopher who is disabled due to polio not only received a new roof and porch, he got his back livelihood back. He once made a living by selling water from his well. Parts on the well had broke a long time back and he was unable to repair it. The boys worked hard to replace the parts and now Christopher can earn a living on his own again. The days of begging on the streets are over and we praise our Lord for that.
